Pet Policies

93 Luxury Suites welcomes guests who travel with their pets. In our comfortable apartments with terrace, your pets are comfortable and happy to go for a walk in the area surrounding the hotel. In order to ensure the comfort and safety of all our customers, we ask that you read the policies listed below:

A single charge of USD $ 150 per pet per night will apply. The fee is used for the cleaning of all life after your departure to ensure the comfort of future guests who will occupy the room.

No more than two pets per room are allowed.

Pets must not weigh more than 50 pounds.

When the guest is in the common areas of the hotel, your pet must be kept on a leash or in a pet port.
Pets are not allowed in the restaurant or in the gym. This exclusion will not apply to service animals.

Pets should not be left alone in the rooms.
Pets must be clean and raised at home. An additional charge of USD 250.00 will apply if pets mess or create excessive clutter.
The noise should be kept to a minimum. Dog barking or cat meowing can disturb guests. If you leave your pet in the room without attention and making noise, the waitress will take your pet out of the room and a minimum charge of USD $ 200 will be charged. An additional USD $ 50 per hour will be charged after the third hour.

For the safety and comfort of your pet, the waitress will NOT clean your room if your pet is left unattended. If you and your pet are in the room while the waitress is present, your pet must be tied or in a pet box. Please contact the housekeeper about the time you prefer to clean your room.

Clients are responsible for all damages to property and / or personal injuries that your pet generates.
The owner of the pet is responsible for the repair and / or replacement of any item stained or damaged by your pets.
Please contact the housekeeper at extension "0" for containers, belts or other pet objects.

You agree to respect and indemnify the hotel 93 Luxury Suites & Residences, any claim or damage related to your pet or pet during your stay at the hotel, whatever the claim of third parties.
